About us

Vrána & Pelikán, advokátní kancelář, was established in 2008 as a partnership („sdružení“) by two Czech lawyers, Luděk Vrána and Robert Pelikán, both of them previously working in the Prague office of a premium international law firm.

Our decision to open our own new law firm was inspired, on the one hand, by the level of maturity of the Czech market where Czech law firms compete on a regular basis with established international players and, on the other hand, by our wish to provide highly professional legal services based on an individual relationship with each client – an advantage of smaller specialised firms.

Of course, we also like the oportunity to determine freely and flexibely the direction of our professional careers in which we will rely on our extensive experience in working with Czech and international clients.

Our goal is to provide high quality legal assistance that clients expect from a reputable international law firm, at conditions adapted to the local market.

Our firm is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce and the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce.
